Jun Ji Hyun is considered as one of the top earning Korean actresses today, so it's not a surprise the latest property she purchased in Seoul costs this much!
Korean reports revealedon March 8 that Jun Ji Hyun reportedly purchased a shopping mall, particularly in Deungchon Dong, Gangseo Gu, Seoul. The outlets added that the actress bought a commercial building for 50.5 billion KRW from Kookmin Bank on February 25.
In addition, the building Jun Ji Hyun bought was built in February 2019 by AM Plus Asset Development, which is a known real estate developer jointly created by the Military Mutual Aid Association and Aekyung Group, for 35 billion won from Kookmin Bank in March 2021.

Aside from her career as an actress and brand endorser, Jun Ji Hyun earns more in doing businesses. She is also known to own more than two real estate houses in Seoul.
