Jun Ji Hyun Giordano

As I’ve already mentioned in my All About Jeon Jihyun Spam-slash-Spazz Post, this couple right here is my K-Ent OTP. Jihyun and Woosung have started working as CF partners for the clothing apparel brand Giordano since 2001, and played star-crossed lovers in 2006’s Daisy. They are, in my opinion, one of the best couplings the Korean CF and film industry has ever put together… and I fervently wish for a reunion project in the near future. (I also wish for them to end up together in real life, because really… don’t you think they’d make beautiful, gorgeous babies?)

During my two-month absence from this blog, I had been able to watch several wonderful Korean movies I haven’t seen before, and I thought that it would be nice to share them with you just in case you’re in need of a K-movie fix one of these days. Today, I’m going to talk about one of the most awesome K-movies I’ve seen in a long while called ì•„저씨 or A Man From Nowhere which stars the devastatingly gorgeous Won Bin.

In this film, Won Bin plays Cha Taeshik, a mysterious man of very little words who runs a small pawnshop in a small residential district (most probably in Seoul, but I can’t be too sure) where he forms a bond with little girl named Somee (effectively played by child actress Kim Saeron), whose mother’s (Kim Hyoseo) drug addiction sparks this film’s conflict. This innocent connection between Taeshik and Somee becomes a violent journey when Somee and her mother are kidnapped by an organ-trafficking syndicate, and Taeshik takes it upon himself to bring both of them back alive.

More, more, more pictures of Jeon Jihyun for Guess Korea’s F/W Collection 2001 have come out last week, and boy are these photos ever gorgeous. I could say something about some weird poses, though—but it’s not a Jeon Jihyun photo shoot without those weird poses anyway. (Yes, I’ve already come to terms with this fact as a fan.)

Performances from the SMTown Live in Tokyo were aired in Japan on the 13th, and we have these three amazing videos to ogle at for the rest of the week (or, well… at least until Yunho and Changmin graces us again with their godly presence). I particularly love the

I’ve removed the Intro / The Way You Are + Mirotic and B.U.T. clips because I can’t find any more videos of them on Youtube with enabled music tracks. 😦

Jeon Ji Hyun: Sexy Korean Actress

So obviously I have neglected this blog for two months, and now I’m back to do some… updating. 😛 Not with anything NEW, of course… that’d be what everyone else is doing at the moment. Instead, let me give you a song from old-school Korean boyband G.O.D. (Groove Over Dose) called “To Mother.”

Geez, does that actor look familiar to you? Of course. He’s none other than one of my favorite K-actors, Jang Hyuk, who’s currently making headlines with the drama Tree With Deep Roots.
